Hi friends! welcome to my first ever (official) e-newsletter :D.
First off, thank you for supporting me as I continue on this food journey. I’m very excited to start this newsletter because it feels a bit more personal and a bit more laid back from the way I typically approach my blog + instagram. So let’s get right to it.
Today I’m sharing a very simple + very delicious, halloween themed recipe that you’ll most likely remember from back in the day…
Worms + Dirt! 🐛😋
This is a slightly healthier take on the traditional recipe. I’m using organic pudding and substituting oatmilk to make it dairy-free (though you can use any plant-based milk you like), natural organic gummy worms, and these incredibly delicious gluten-free fudgy cookies by goodie girl.
Here’s what you’ll need to re-create the recipe:
That’s it! Here’s the recipe overview:
Ingredients |
organic pudding mix
oatmilk (or your choice of plant-based milk)
1 egg yolk
goodie girl cocoa slims or mint cookie (but any crumbly chocolate cookie works)
gummy worms, cut in half
Steps |
follow pudding instructions, chill in fridge for 60-90 min.
after pudding is chilled, divvy out into small jars. crush chocolate cookies and sprinkle on top of pudding.
cut worms in half and place on top.
Enjoy it!
Wishing everyone a very happy + safe halloween :)
XO. Renee
